About this Speaker
Sola is a Product Marketing Leader at IBM, leading a multi-billion dollar enterprise technology portfolio marketing team. Sola combines her strong ability to execute with her enjoyment of connecting with people to create and deliver successful marketing strategies. At IBM, Sola collaborates across product management and sales to ensure that the customer’s voice is well integrated into all decision making to drive brand relevance and growth.
Sola has 9 years of marketing experience, most of which were spent in the beauty and personal care CPG industry. Most recently, Sola led a GTM transformation of a set of IBM technologies – defining strategies and frameworks for engaging customers to drive adoption, and creating alignment, collaboration and buy-in across teams.
Sola is also an artist and certified interior designer. She uses her unique combination of creative experience and technical know-how to create campaigns that engage audiences on many levels. Sola holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon. She lives with her husband and two children in Lagrangeville NY. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and running.
